How to Use the Cutting Wire – Cut Smart, Stay Safe

Our cutting wire is designed to slice through windscreen adhesive with minimal effort. The key is to use cutting (sawing) movements, not brute force.

Why It Matters:
• The wire is extremely sharp – you don’t need to pull hard.
• Pulling too hard can cause the wire to snap or damage the vehicle.
• Tensile strength is 100 kg, but force isn’t the goal – technique is.

Health & Safety Benefits:
• Less strain on your body (arms, shoulders, back).
• Lower injury risk from wire breakage or bad posture.
• In line with EHS best practices.

Let the wire do the work – cut, don’t pull.
